How to Order Your Tailor-Made Commissioned Artwork
At HS Art, I strive to make the process of creating your one-of-a-kind painting simple, personal, and enjoyable. Here’s how we can bring your idea to life:
Share Your Vision
Contact me with your concept, theme, or inspiration. You can describe your idea in words, share reference images, or even tell me the story you’d like the artwork to express.
Decide on Size, Medium & Style
We’ll discuss the painting’s dimensions, preferred medium (oil, acrylic, watercolor, etc.), and the artistic style that best suits your vision. Custom Framing Services is also available but depends on the size of painting and delivery service to your location.
Creative Process Begins
I’ll start crafting your artwork, keeping you updated at key stages so you can see your vision come to life and suggest small refinements, if needed.
Final Approval & Delivery
When the painting is complete, I’ll share final images with you for approval. After the balance payment is cleared, your artwork will be securely packed and shipped to your address.

Size Matters-HS Art
Size-Based Pricing: The price is primarily calculated based on the artwork’s dimensions (square inches or centimeters). Larger pieces require more materials and time, so pricing scales accordingly.
Complexity, Medium & Style: Commissioned Artwork
At HS Art, additional factors such as the subject complexity, artistic style, and selected medium (oil, acrylic, watercolor, pencil sketchs etc.) may influence the final price. Smaller paintings often have higher per square inch rates due to effort and detail

Minimum Order at HS Arts
We’ll discuss the painting’s dimensions, preferred medium (oil, acrylic, watercolor, sketches etc.), and the artistic style that best suits your vision. Remember the minimum order acceptable is about Rs 35000/ ( US $ 400).
HS Arts price is based on the value delivered to the customer or the complexity of the design. More intricate compositions, multiple subjects, or specialized techniques tend to increase the price beyond simple size or time calculations .
A broad estimate is given below but remember an interesting painting, interesting subject or something which evokes the artist may make you eligible for huge discounts.

Common Stages of Payment in Commissioned Artwork
Advance Deposit
Clients usually pay an upfront non-refundable deposit that secures the artist’s time and materials (Typically 25-50%) . However, HS Arts insists on a minimum payment of just $10 ( Rs 900 only). This is considered acceptance of the commission terms and allows the artist to start work. Rest once you are comfortable and assured of the artwork as per your dreams.
For larger or more complex commissions, there may be one or more interim payments after key milestones such as approval of initial sketches or progress reviews. This helps balance risk and maintain project momentum.
Remember, the aim of the artist here is to not only create the art work of your choice but go beyond, a peice which is your creation but even you could not dream of.
